THE STORY BEHIND LIAM'S ANCHOR "It is Hope That Anchors the Soul"
The Cape Anchor was created by Liam Cunningham, who passed away from a drug overdose on September 27, 2016.
In 2014, Liam and his friend Mark started a small apparel company featuring this anchor that Liam designed and patented, with hooks shaped like Cape Cod. Liam dreamed of one day expanding the Cape Anchor into a larger apparel and merchandise brand, including a jewelry collection. His family has partnered with Herren Project since 2017 to make his dream a reality and has raised OVER $15,000 to support the programs and mission of Herren Project.
The Cunningham family hopes that by raising funds for the Herren Project, we will honor his spirit and carry on his legacy of helping others.
