I have committed to running 200 miles in the month of July to help The Herren Project's Seeds of Hope Virtual 3,100 mile run from Tiverton, RI to Seattle WA! It will be a challenge but with your help and support I know I can do it. So many people, young and old are struggling with mental health issues and substance abuse. The Herren Project provides services for those who want to take the first step toward recovery and begin to live the life they were meant to live. Please help me reach my goal!!
